Mike,

Firstly, regrets - I can't make the teleconf this evening as I have an
annual meeting of my research group.

In the rush to get ready for Florida I really don't have time to
discuss/implement complex changes to the proposal. I have therefore
added a short discussion section that covers the main points raised
and have announced the document - it is the last chance I will get to
do it before travelling, and I wanted to allow time for people to read
it before the PI meeting.
