Me, too.  I intended to note that we would submit DAML+OIL
(March 2001) without DAML-ONT and DAML+OIL (December 2000),
and didn't mean to suggest that we merge the components of
DAML+OIL (March 2001) into a single document.

An alphabetical list of editors is fine with me.
