Apology to the Authors of the DAML+OIL Model-Theoretic Semantics

I claimed yesterday in the Joint Committee telecon that Peter was the
sole author of the model-theoretic semantics for DAML+OIL.  Upon
checking, that claim is unfounded.  My apologies to Frank and Ian, who
are co-editors with Peter of the model-theoretic semantics document.
