Sorry that my "tricky" way to express what Jeff wanted caused such
controversy. I agree that we can't expect average users to use this
kind of trick. As I have said before, I believe the answer is not to
add to the core language, but to develop tools/"higher-level"
languages that generate the appropriate core language.
