While looking at SensorML [1], I ran across a reference to
the Geography Markup Language (GML) [2] from the Open GIS
Consortium (OGC), a group involved with previous DARPA
programs.  I've only browsed through it, but it seems like
it could be relevant to the DAML-Spatial effort.
