Daml PIs and colleagues -
The W3C is soliciting "testimonials" for the OWL Ontology language (nee
DAML+OIL) to accompany a potential press release if/when OWL moves to
Recommendation status. The testimonials are up to 100 words, and the best
ones say how the OWL language is being used by your organization for some
important business use.
More information about submitting testimonials can be found at:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-webont-wg/2004Jan/0081.html
and examples can be seen at
http://www.w3.org/2004/01/ccpp-testimonial which is the testimonial page
from the recent CC/PP 1.0 Recommendation, or
http://www.w3.org/2003/06/soap12-testimonial.html which are the testimonials
from the SOAP rec.
W3C is willing to consider testimonials by non-members in the case of
recommendations

p.s. testimonials also being solicited for RDF Core's potential move to Rec
as well...
