All, The date for making your hotel reservations has been extended to Friday, April 25th. It's always a good idea, however, to make reservations early to ensure that rooms will actually be available. (We have reserved a block of rooms for the meeting, but if they are all taken the hotel might not have any more available after the 25th.) The other deadline dates remain the same: Visit Request Deadline - Thursday, May 1, 2003 Online Registration and Payment Deadline - Wednesday, May 7, 2003 For those conducting demonstrations, please send me your requirements as soon as possible.
