OWL Last Call - slide "Last Call Process"

Dan Connolly outlined the W3C Process (RDF, SVG) from Last Call through Recommendation
1. Last Call means the W3C Web Ontology (WebOnt) Working Group thinks its documents are technically complete
2. Last Call Working Drafts have been published by W3C and linked on the WebOnt Home Page
3. Last Call comment period through May 9
  - comments received only at [email protected] (archive)
    - formally tracked
    - review explicitly solicited from DAML program and other groups named in the WebOnt charter
  - whole process has been public
    - questions, discussions, etc. can continue on [email protected] (archive) and [email protected] (archive)
4. Working Group makes editorial and other changes to documents
5. assuming no technical changes requiring a second Last Call and implementation experience (skipping Candidate Recommendation), the Working Group applies to the W3C Director for Proposed Recommendation status
6. W3C membership has 4 weeks to provide feedback on the Proposed Recommendation
7. W3C Director evaluates feedback and (hopefully) makes OWL a W3C Recommendation
8. press release and party :-)
