During the telecon today we discussed changes to the SWRL FOL materials for
the upcoming W3C submission.  I proposed three possibilities for my SWRL
FOL document:

1/ As is on daml.org (i.e., no treatment of nary or functions).
2/ With the stuff on nary and functions in an appendix.
3/ As in the version I put out earlier today (i.e., with the nary and
functions stuff in-line).

My prefernce is the second option above and to that end I have put a
version of such a modification of the document at the usual place,
