The outbrief from the combined Rules/Services Breakout Session at last
week's DAML PI Meeting is available at [1].  In short, the Joint Committee
has 2 months to develop a FOL superset of SWRL that can be used as part of
SWSL process descriptions.  This will be the major topic for Tuesday's
telecon.
