1/ What probably happened is that the hourly update did not go through.  

You can use

	http://www-db.research.bell-labs.com/user/pfps/daml

to see the rest of the stuff.

2/ These are (almost) all formatting changes, or at least that is what I
was aiming for.  The sole exception is the authorship stuff.
