A (hopefully) simple but very useful application of the DAML
Time Ontology would be a generic Hours of Operation ontology
that could be applied to various (physical) services.  I
found myself wanting this recently while describing airport
services.  A use case might be

  10am-9pm local time Monday-Saturday
  noon-5pm Sunday
  closed Christmas and Easter
