We will use the standard 24 inch by 36 inch poster boards that you can get 
from Staples, etc.
and attach the color poster printouts to those boards. Again, for 
consistency and to conserver
wall space in the TIC please use portrait orientation for your posters if 
possible. PowerPoint or
Word are easiest for us to print. If you want to use some other drawing 
package please
let me know to ensure we have the right software installed to print your 
poster.

Also, please send me a very short description of your demo.
