The goals outlined here support all military users, and this will be a theme you’ll see repeated in the C2 breakout report from the standpoint that there are communailities, particularly in the ontology development requirements.   The concept of access, automatic or nearly automated structured information, and timeliness of information delivery and its utility are some other functions that were highlighted by  this group.
