With regard to the last meeting, this is a snapshot of the agenda.  In the morning we had a large group of folks who had not been to the first SWMU to give some indoctrination.  For them we provided a quick intro to ontologies, the language, and Horus, showed them some demo’s an gave them an overview of SWMU I’s outcome.

In the afternoon we had all folks, both old and new, we provided updates and an intro to the Grid Military User’s Group (which I told you all about last time) – and we had one particular thing in mind with that – which was to prepare folks for the fact that the next meeting would be joint between SWMU and GMUG.
Then we went into the Breakouts where Joe Rockmore, Alice Mulvehill, and myself acted as facilitators exploring the potential for utility of DAML in each of the general areas of Intelligence, Doctrine/Lessons Learned, and C2 applications support.  In the evening we had a number of selected demos, including several demonstrations from our hosts, Navy Research Laboratory who has a great deal of activity in the Lessons Learned area.
Wednesday, we resumed the breakouts, concluding with outbriefs.  On the next dozen slides or so, I’m going to very quickly breeze through the outbriefs, and while there is a lot of material, I’ll just touch on a point here and there in the intrest of time.  If you have specific questions in each area, I’d encourage you to talk with Joe or Alice or myself respectively.
