First, you should upgrade to the
latest version of Internet Explorer which. Don't worry, your
bookmarks will still be there after the install as long as you
install the new version "overtop" of your current version.
Your certificate will be emailed to you as an attachment named
your_e-mail_address.p12.
Save this file to your hard drive.
Open Internet Explorer and connect to
https://www.daml.org.
If you haven't already accepted the site certificate, you will be
prompted to accept, in which case, you should accept the
certificate until it expires.
Bring up Tools -> Internet Options from the pull down menu.
Click on "Certificates".
Click on the content tab, then the Certificates button.
Click the Import button, then Next button. Browse to your
.p12 file, you will need to choose "All files (*.*)" from the
"Files of type:" pull down menu. After you have choosen your
certificate, click Next.
Enter the password you used when requesting the certificate
and click Next.
Click Next (Automatically choose certificate store is
already selected).
Click Finish.
Choose "Yes" when asked if you want to ADD the following
certificate to the root store.
This will store the Certificate Authority (CA) certificate
to www.daml.org in your Root Store.
You should get a dialog saying the import was successful.
Repeat this process for other machines you use to connect
to https://www.daml.org.
