    It's an editor that allows you to load DAML-S process models and
    automatically create atomic and composite process models using
    a graphical editor, much like a workflow tool.  The code is 
    currently being updated and rewritten to make it more sharable
    and to integrate it with a regular OWL editor, so it's "off the
    shelf again" for a little while.
