We do try to keep even very old URLs stable... but we are not set up
for robust and reliable 24/7 availability, and have no cover when our
servers are out and do not respond to an auto-reboot in unattended
periods. So we are not well placed to host resources like these
which really are required on a redundant availability basis.

Is there a facility at W3C that allows this sort of thing for these
sort of long lived semantic web resources?
