daml.org DNS outage

We're experiencing a DNS problem resolving names in the 
daml.org domain, apparently somewhere between Network
Solutions (who we've contacted) and the root DNS servers.
The local TIC DNS servers are resolving properly.
 
Until this is fixed, you can still access most of the
www.daml.org site using
 
  http://4.22.162.125
  https://4.22.162.125
 
Sending to email lists @daml.org will generally not work
until this is resolved.
