Jeff's message on mistakes in DAML+OIL

       free royalty rights (?)

       All need to send back the wording that DanC sent out to do the
       above.

       first telecon in the next 1-3 weeks, first face to face in
       december at the earliest

	    Got into listening and forgot to take notes :)
	    
	    Richard is working on formalizing what's been discussed so
	    that we have something to work against.

	    A roadmap of the issues in front of us would be useful.

	    Richard will volunteer to do it but can't guarantee that
	    it will be done anytime before the next telecon ... but
	    probably not before.
	    
	    Sandro: should this discussion be happenening on the
	    committee list or on the rdf:rules list.
