Ian: topic maps are more rdf schema not daml oil level.  Not logical
semantics, but a semantic network

is it worth asking someone to write up a one / two page paper about
this?  Any volunteers?  Ralph (?) is going to do something like this
... We would love to have that!  Either get Ralphs or explain why not

Introducing technologies talk .... anything relevant?
business side would be interesting, but nothing in technology really.
