The initial message sent to the daml-doc-ll email list contained HTML
that crashes at least some versions of Microsoft Outlook and puts it
in a state where subsequent invocations of Outlook also immediately
crash (Outlook Express seems to recover more gracefully). We believe
this is due to a Microsoft bug in handling the HTML generated by
cutting-and-pasting the member list.
To recover:
Run Start->Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt
Type the following commands:

cd \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office
outlook /nopreview
